Your laptop is screaming for identity!

Are you happy with the design of your laptop? Well, since customizing each one in the factory is an impossible thing to do, this leaves a good business opportunity available…
Since most desktop computers will be slowly replaced by portables in the future (at least that’s what I think), the need to personalize one’s computer should be fulfilled without any restraints, and I don’t have to tell you what has been accomplished in the desktop modes field, because a simple Google search can show you that. What I want to show you now is an interesting way to personalize your laptop, so let’s get back to the business I was talking about earlier now, shall we?
Vinyl for laptops, this is the opportunity, and more than just one company got the idea, but today I will tell you about the creations from Garskin. Garskin, “Your Laptop Skin Artist”, is a company that takes laptop skinning into the art realm, and if we leave this part aside, we can also find some practical reasons to apply decals on your portables.
First of all, no matter how much you care for your notebook, if you travel a lot and carry it with you, it may encounter some normal wear and tear, since I don’t think you have a titanium case one… but if we think a step further, being able to get protection and an original look at the same time is something everybody would enjoy.
When visiting Garskin’s website, what I saw made me think “what about business users?”, because I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t attend a serious meeting with my laptop having Mikey and Mini or the Pirates of the Caribbean on the back! Fortunately, some designs look OK to be used in “serious” environments, but there are not enough, in my opinion.
Drawing the line, if you have 30$ to spare for making your laptop the last attraction in the office, go ahead and try Garskin, but be sure you don’t use the Tom and Jerry skinned laptop when your company’s CEO is around!
