Apple’s ultra-portable MacBook gets closer
Last month, we heard that Apple is working on an ultra-portable version of their laptop, the MacBook. Now, it seems that “the voices” are bringing more information - “Apple Inc. may sell its ultra-portable laptops starting in second half of 2007″, according to Shaw Wu, an analyst at American Technology Research, quoted by Reuters.
As usual, Apple is quiet as a mouse, but this shouldn’t discourage us, because there’s plenty to know at this time. Now, let’s see what we got…

I know you are wondering where and when are we going to see this new notebook from Apple, and despite the fact that no official place and time is known, all clues show Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference as the right place. If you don’t know yet, this event happens in June, at the Moscone West in downtown San Francisco.
Now, if we’re going to get a sub-notebook with a LED display, NAND drive and without optical drive and running Leopard, that remains to be seen, but for now, all we can do is keep dreaming about it..
